Pana Cemeteries
The Rosamond Grove Cemetery not only holds the final resting place of Pana's prominent family, the Kitchell's, but also displays an 18-foot (5.5 m) tall statue of Abraham Lincoln. The monument was organized by John Kitchell, a personal friend of Lincoln. It stands on a hill, looking out over Illinois and has two canons beneath it. The cemetery is found 3.5 mi (5 km) west of Pana in the village of Roasamond.
